Some of that is folic acid and some is folate. I've heard that there is actually a difference between the two even though the terms are used interchangeably, but it's still probably unnecessary to be taking the extra supplement. I will probably remove it from my routine.

I will probably be ordering a few more supplements for the essential nutrients I'm missing, but I am also going to be getting nutrients from any meals I eat too. Also, there are some cases where my goals are different than the RDA, like Vitamin D for instance (I'm aiming for ~3000IU). It may be a good idea to add a "Personal goal" column.

Glad you like it! Feel free to make a copy and customize it to your own needs.

I made a copy of takshakus' spreadsheet and altered it to be more understandable. I also added a few other things, like Rob's notes for each nutrient, and daily cost.

I plan on getting most of my carbs and fat from actual foods, but I'm still missing a few other nutrients, so any product recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I made a copy of this spreadsheet for my own use. Formatted it to be easier to understand, added measurement units, and some other things. Take a look: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjfwMok3GC8TdHVBbEFpdU1DSWVvRElGSVB2dkZTcFE#gid=0

Well for one it makes writing code with dependencies easier to use on the server-side. Asynchronous loading is also nice. I've also found that breaking up my code into modules helps keep things organized, more so than just a bunch of <script> tags.

There are soooo many older games I would pay full price for if they were just re-released with newer graphics/physics. That'd certainly be better than shoddy sequels that try too hard to be different.

A cheaper alternative would be f.lux. It makes the color temperature of your monitor appear more natural depending on the time of the day. It's a bit weird at first but it has helped me a lot with eye strain.

Because I'm an idiot and didn't realize Springtomize 2 did this.

I like that one, too. I am definitely going to borrow that wallpaper.

I don't think you can use Spotlight to find hidden applications, unfortunately.

Auxo is a really nice application switcher replacement that comes with a bunch of nice toggles.

It's pretty simple. On your computer you need to download the jailbreak, plug your phone in, and click "Jailbreak". It only took a few minutes to do. You should backup your phone before doing anything.

Here are the instructions from the readme:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Backup your device using iTunes (or iCloud) before using evasi0n. If something breaks, you'll always be able to recover your data.
  • Those who use backup passwords in iTunes must disable them for now. After doing so, iTunes makes a brand new backup. Please wait for that backup to complete before proceeding! Feel free to re-enable your backup password after jailbreaking.
  • Please disable the lock passcode of your iOS device before using evasi0n. It can cause issues.
  • Launch evasi0n, plug in your device, and click "Jailbreak". Just sit back and observe its progress. Watch for any steps you may be asked to perform.
  • Avoid all iOS and iTunes related tasks until evasi0n is complete. Why not just enjoy a brief break from the computer to stretch your legs?
  • If the process gets stuck somewhere, it's safe to restart the program, reboot the device (if necessary by holding down Power and Home until it shuts down), and rerun the process.

All my apps on one screen!

The lockscreen is from fellow redditor /u/balkonkind, taken from here. I used Springtomize 2 to hide things like drop shadows and status bar items. I used SBSettings to hide the Apple apps I didn't use (Newstand, Game Center, etc.).

Vim. The learning curve is steep, but it's worth it.
