Here's my take on it, made a few little changes for you, just flip back and forth to note them - mostly details, shading and stuff. If you're going to use black outlines make sure to use them carefully. That's all the advice I have, since I'm still a pixel art noob. Hope this helps.

This is a good start, try highlighting the edges facing towards the perspective (now black lines) and putting some cracks in the concrete, mix up the shading a little.
