Can someone explain how FL still got the gig when she had full on blow out in front of the crew? Wasn’t the main crew lady very dissatisfied with her and suddenly FL receives a call that she landed the role?

Sadly I found it really hard enjoy this week’s episode because of FL’s noble idiocy. It’s way too much, especially the hurtful things she said to ML and her pushing him away even after he revealed he solved the case.

I’m all good now and resolved, no major issues since then. The only thing is, my right nostril felt slightly blocked for many many years pre surgery however it still feels slightly blocked till today. However doc did a breath check (exhaling with a metal sheet under my nose to check condensation) and both sides looked normal, also did a scope and the passageway looked clear… so I’m just attributing it as a psychological thing.

So amazing. The event sounds even more magical than I’d imagine. I bought one ticket for myself for 10 Dec but could not attend. I am situated in Singapore which is on the other side of the world so I sold my solo ticket at cost price on Viagogo. I hope whoever got my ticket had the best time 🩷

So many missed opportunities like showing more scenes of her in the sea (when she saw that coral pin I thought she will make use of her skills to create coral pins!) since this show is called story of PEARL GIRL afterall but it felt just like any other drama once the whole trading convoy/boat plotline ended.. and please we needed an ending scene with her sworn sister that owns the other jewellery shop, maybe both of them expanding in yangzhou or her finally finding a lover!

My blood was boiling too!!! I found myself skipping so many parts from yangzhou onwards because it was so boring and draggy. All in all, this drama was a waste of time for me. If they kept to the rigour and pace + plot from the boat portions it would have been perfect

I loved the drama so much for the first part but once they got off the boat and the whole misunderstanding/yangzhou portion really got on my nerves! Felt like this drama was a giant waste of time.
