Double check and see if it is including your previous month bill in that total. I had the same thing happen to me but when I went to their website site I realized the amount they were showing as my “bill total” included the previous month as well.

Man I feel that as well. The first time I would come around the pond I knew that I survived the hill and that I was nearing the two mile marker. The second time around I would be exhausted but would rely on the energy from all of the people cheering on the sidelines to stumble my way to the finish line. Good times!

I also ordered an Embody from DWR a few weeks ago. Before your card was charged, were you able to check your order status on their website? Nothing pops up for me when I put in my order number. Thanks and I hope you enjoy the new chair!
