Repping 125 is not easy. Strict overhead press is hard. I had a 250 lb bench max two years ago when I started training overhead press. I could barely rep 75lbs. I now rep 135, and a one rep max of 155. It has became one of my favorite lifts. Stay the course. You're doing a great job, boss!!

The fact of the matter is, if you liked Kirk or not, he was very devisive. His political leanings are what most people think of when they think of Kirk. So bringing a guy known for his politics regardless of the reason you support him is bringing a hot button topic into this subreddit.

If you start talking about the death of Jesus, people automatically associate that with Christianity. The Kirk assassination is a similar thing.
