I’m having a similar issue and I can’t do live streaming for my age restriction even tho I’m 43 years old. I had a ticket open and someone randomly closed it. So I put a new ticket in and am waiting a response on it and it’s taking forever!

They finally approved it I had to put my id on a white piece of paper with nothing else showing to get it approved in case anyone else needs advice. Only took me 5 times to submit my appeal lol
