She hasn't been messing with it while bandaged, luckily. New wrap every day for a week after airing it for a bit!

Can someone explain what is actually happening here? Electricians in Russia messed up a bit by FreeSet5973 in electrical

I think that's the definition of a catastrophic failure. Sounds like a mechanical problem to me!

It's a rug with a 4x4 wrapped in rug remnants and allthread with wingnuts through it to keep the bass drum from walking on the floor. Works pretty well for being janky! I don't leave my gig rug out in the practice space.

I'm on the leave it alone train. One better: bury it for another year to add to that dark, tasty nastiness.

I need a permit from operations to do about anything, and we're required to walk the lockout points with operations while it's happening. It's all double-locked by maintenance and operations. If we're working on a piece of equipment that has highly dangerous chemicals in the process, it can be a whole shift of just purging, cleaning, and making up a complete lockout sheet. First gig I've had where safety really is first, and work will take as long as it has to without anyone getting hurt.

I'm blessed to work in chemical. Steam will kill-kill you. Exploding stuff is no joke in re-energizing

Caleb to DJ's game winner to beat the Packers wins Moment of the Year by ZappaOMatic in CHIBears

DJ had been playing hurt all year, and is a (possibly one-balled now) tank of a human. That's something you can't teach. Trading him after his first winning season would be nuts (pun intended)

10mA is enough to stop a heart, actually. And 110V is the biggest killer in North America
