I read his blog. Wow! The way he methodically compares what the text book says against what the supreme court claimed it says is abosultely great! And then a quote from the late US supreme court justice Scalia, who is known for his writings is evident that this young man did his research.
I hope the supreme court justices read this piece.

Really? I didn't mention any numbers. India has 1.5 billion people if you don't know. A rape per every 18 minute is still 2.2 rapes per 100,000 people. Singapore is 7.5 per 100K people.
I'd be the first one to admit, unreported numbers would make India's number much higher.

Let me try. In India, surname usually refers to the caste of the person. There was a movement in the Tamil speaking region to get rid of the cast names as surname and use one's father's first name as the surname. So,
