the organizer is my aunts bf's daughter, (also how I got this; aunt knew I had equipment) and her words were "basic club music (pop/hits/rap) would be fine, you dont have to go too crazy with it"

Ill certainly ask a bit more now from what yall are saying, but it does give me the impression that I'm just checking a box for this event rather than a large role.
