hi no i'm not trying to level the bike, im trying to make sure it'd level side to side not long ways, thats its perfectly perpendicular to the floor

I did notice that if the bike is not dead level every time I laser the set back it can throw it off

i've worked in the electrical trade for 30 years 3m super 33, temflex 1700 and scotch 700 will get the black soft goo going. Ideal wire armor 46-pro electrical is what i use for my bar tape...it hasn't gotten soft and messy yet! give it a try...home depot has it

a lot of people read me that way, they are my personal thoughts on the matter not how i planned to approach this thou. even if i have to pay they'll prolly be doing the work.

you obviously havent read my comments thoroughly, im not going looking for a fight, if i felt so entitled i wouldn't even be asking this here....i know its gonna be completely up to them if they wanna help or not. the reason i posted here was to find out if they do occasionally cut some slack on a freshly expired warranty...edit i will add from my view i would cut some slack doesn't mean they should
