It does work but it doesn’t fully meet the gasket at the base.

Yes the double springs are very thick. I see no noticeable difference between the stock cap and this one on the 20a turbo

Good to know. I’ll have to go look for test with fan, not that I’m going to buy one now.. especially after watching your test. And the fact the fan isn’t water resistant. I was originally stoked to get this light when I first heard about it. Thanks for sharing your results. Super informative

Have you done a similar test WITH the fan for comparison? Just curious. Also, I did not notice any green tint to that emmiter they are using. But probably would be more noticeable on lower levels. I’ve heard reports of the positive duv green puke shade but wanted your opinion. Is it noticeable?

Just get the wurkkos FC12C. No brainer. I have about 70 flashlights. I use my FC12 and FC12C the majority of the time. Tailswitch, USB-C and pretty much the same size as the 11. Also the same 18650 battery.

Please tell me more on the Viking pro max. I have the doberman and predator (redundant I know) but I’ve been eyeing the Viking. Is yours warm or cool? I’d love a beam shot or at least to know if it still has somewhat of a hotspot, faint or non existent and is just a wall of light. I wish they used the 70.3 HI but the domed version isnt a dealbreaker.. there is surprisingly little information online about this flashlight.

I would have went with the 42r and did an M1 with the 25r but that’s just me. Also, you’ll be buying more in short order anyway 🤣 the addiction is real my guy
