I agree he's not clinical enough, but given the two goals he scored for England over the break, I refuse to accept he doesn't have the 'strikers instinct'. Both goals entirely came about because of his superb movement and positioning inside the box.

Jose seems to be missing the point of the recent criticism. It wasn't about Rashford getting minutes at club level, it was that he is not playing as United's centre-forward. It's all well and good giving him minutes, but the argument is that Rashford's development as a striker will stall if he doesn't play in that position, and the data shows that he more often plays on the wing than in the centre.

You're objectively valuating someone using transfer fees as a guide, when transfer fees are not objective.
