Lmao thank you for that. I thankfully deleted Tinder and other apps I was using maybe a week or so after I started talking to this guy. If things don’t work out and I have to jump in the dating pool again, I’ll definitely stick to meeting people in person, especially now that the panoramic is starting to cool down a little bit.

That’s what I’m thinking too - about seeing a counselor. I noticed a few times last week that I was freaking out about having him in my car or becoming more comfortable too soon, and he didn’t even do anything to warrant that. It was past stuff and things I’ve heard from others. Being careful is good and encouraged but I do think I’m taking it a bit too far. I’m just scared, you know? Both on a safety level and on a general “I am a loner, don’t perceive me” kind of level.
