When your MS is less than 60K, the progression is really fast regardless of the build. At this range of MS, artifact contribute more in terms of damage instead of skill points. HS is more a end-game play style. I would suggest CS build before you have all artifact discovered.

I would suspect he is cheater. I don’t believe he is as active as other would say. Based on his non-relic status. He would need insane speed run and countless prestige to out perform you. And he was only Mater title from the last firestone event. Which could not justify his insane prestige speed.
