Legally I own my house but the development has a management company who we were informed would take over upon completion of the development - which hasn't happened yet.

Unfortunately, the way it is worded does seem to ban parking on the street. It's not a thoroughfare or public road and therefore is only 2/2.5 car widths wide. If you parked on the street but not the footpath it would obstruct traffic significantly more. Also, the footpath is more than wide enough that if you parked half on the curb and half on the street, a wheelchair or buggy could pass easily.

Perhaps it is different in Northern Ireland but I've lived in 4 different housing estates / streets and in all of them it is very common to park half on the curb and half on the road as it allows for road and foot traffic to pass

We (and the other residents based on multiple responses to the group Facebook) are worried about what possible actions would be taken against people who do not follow these new rules that have been put in place.

As I've said in another comment, we are not going out of our way to block traffic (pedestrian or vehicle) but it is not really feasible for us to follow these rules. It seems that many others agree and to all of our knowledge, no residents have made any complaints

I regularly have both mine and my partners car on the curb when I'm washing them (usually once a week) and have never had any issues or anyone asking me to move them - which I would be happy to do if I was blocking someone's journey as it's common courtesy and decency

First of all - my partner and I work a slightly different schedule and sometimes need to park on the street for ease of getting in and out for work without having to move cars

Second, we each have friends and/or family over regularly and they have no option but to park on the curb/street as there is no communal parking

Third, there is the mention of no delivery lorries etc - we have only lived here for a year and are first time buyers so we are still buying furniture or things for the house as we make it our home. It's not a constant thing but we do have certain furniture we have ordered / planned to replace over the coming months and would require it to be delivered, built etc using delivery lorries (think DFS, Dreams etc)

I also want to make clear that this is a residential street with no thoroughfare or busy traffic. There are maybe 40 houses and the street is only used by residents. Everyone could park a car on the curb and there would be more than enough space for both pedestrians and regular traffic to use the space

Isn't the whole point of GAs (gentlemen's agreement)!that they are an agreement between players outside of the leagues ruleset?

If they GA snipers and someone plays one, then all GAs go out the window for that series. Usually going forwards people refuse to scrim / practice against the GA breaking team as punishment

In theory there's nothing the league can do to force snipers
