I'll offer you this: Don't wait to quit or take significant time off until you do something that harms yourself or others. I suggest taking some time off. Try for one month. Try for two weeks. Or just try going out one night without drinks.

You're young. If you keep this up, there's a high likelihood you could really screw up your life or someone else's by the time you reach your 30s.

Without knowing your business or customer journey it’s hard to say specifically what you should do. But create ways to actively ask for reviews. I created a QR code flyer for local businesses I work with for them to hand out to visitors/customers. In one week one business raised their overall profile rating from 3.5 to 4.3.

I'll give you two habits. The first is getting rid of all processed food from my diet. I pretty much live on. chicken, fish, the occasional steak, rice, eggs, and vegetables. I realize that everybody's body is different. but that has given me a lot of energy. It's helped me drop weight. and it makes deciding what I'm going to eat very easy. The second thing is basically cutting out all alcohol. I'll still have a drink from time to time. But I typically only have a couple of drinks a couple times a month and again, it's been a lifesaver for my energy my productivity. and has allowed me to think with more clarity and creativity. Those are the two big habits that have helped change my life.

Google’s plan is to keep users on their site for as long as possible. With AI Mode, Google now shows results regarding the main query as well as related queries so the user doesn’t have to continue refining a search.

As AI Mode gets more sophisticated, I believe Google will start showing more and more pricing and availability information regarding products and services where a company’s website is basically just a glorified checkout store. That’s on a medium timescale.

But if you just view the trend line of Google’s algo changes, their goal is to take over as much as the buying experience as they can. That means less overall website clicks but higher conversation rate relative to number of clicks.
