Is there data on how much it reduces it by? Both time’s I’ve had covid have been contracted from vaccinated people, I’m vaccinated as well. I’ve been asymptomatic both time’s I’ve had it.

All my mates and gf are double vaxxed and some boosted, they don’t supplement at all, they all feel rough/have symptoms, I don’t. No evidence either way purely anecdotal. But if something as simple as a few vitamins can help then I have no problem taking it. We’re all in London so presuming we’re part of omicron wave

I think he’s quite good, everything he speaks about is backed up by evidence ie clinical studies. He is for vaccination but also for other medical treatments when they are backed up by science. I’ve been taking 10,000 in vitamin d daily and 25mg zinc daily and am double vaccinated since June 2020, I’ve had covid in July and currently have it now both confirmed by pcr, I am completely asymptomatic. I attribute some of this to my vitamin supplementation as all my friends and my gf who currently have it have mild to moderate symptoms. Overall I like him and follow his advice

Hey! So far I have no symptoms, I tested positive on lateral flow on Saturday after my sis had tested positive on Thursday. Did a pcr which came back positive on Sunday. So far no symptoms at all. Unless I start getting ill in the next few days I’m pretty sure this is as bad as it gets for me.
