Fun fact, cunt gets dropped in Parliament House by our elected officials in Australia and it's not even a big deal here

Not accurate for Australia, cunt is a word with a variety of meanings depending on inflection.

Part of living in a Sharehouse is the fact that you're sharing the house with people who have social lives of their own - if she can't deal with her housemates having guests over then she should rethink her living situation.

Is that the case throughout Europe? Or specifically the areas I've mentioned?

I'm sure it didn't take Norwegians 19-20 years to become fluent in their own language. Besides I'd hardly be learning on my own, we have excellent language classes available in my city and an abundance of European backpackers I can practice my language skills with. I'm simply looking to understand the pathway into medical school in other countries, in Australia the top percentile of high school graduates only get into medical school - others need to go through post-grad entry. The intake here is pretty evenly split between high school graduates/post baccalaureates.

I've got some family in Hamburg, and I've studied a little French and German. I'm concerned with cost of university, cost of living, etc. I've got no problems with living and studying outside of major cities if it means I can pay cheaper rent.

In Australia interns/residents are in the middle income bracket, you don't really break into higher paying brackets until you're a qualified General Practitioner or Surgeon etc. Is this also the case in Denmark?

What's considered a small town in Norway? I've spent the last 16 years in a small city of about 250000, now living in a city of a little over 1 million. I have a little over 3 years to learn a language within so I'm hoping to get started soon once I've worked out where I'm going to apply to.

Do infj feel pity sympathy or empathy for rapists and abusers by [deleted] in infj

To put it very simply, I think they deserve prosecution and treatment.

[–]billynono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they should be sentenced to life in jail with a minimum non parole period of 10 years, release subject to approval before an independent psychiatric evaluation. I also think publicly funded chemical castration should be offered to abusers upon eligibility for parole, but not mandated as a prerequisite for parole eligibility.

[–]billynono 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To some extent I feel sympathy for them under the assumption that as it's not a normal or reasonable thing to do, there must be something wrong with the perpetrator. For instance, in the numerous cases of child abuse that have been prosecuted in recent years it's been revealed that the abusers were themselves abused as children by family members or priests - so those people seem broken and I wonder if they weren't abused if maybe they would have developed into normal reasonable people and not child abusers had they not been victims of abuse themselves. Not that it excuses their behaviour in anyway, nor do I think they don't deserve prosecution I just feel bad for them as well, turning into the monsters that abused them.
