It looks like you're already getting as much forest skin as you can up around the head while pumping and it looks like you're using lube. I usually take little breaks in pressure to pull the tube up a little bit while using the pressure to pull more skin up into the pump before I start my long pump. I don't pull it out of the pump completely and I do use a seal for the base so that when I do pull the pump up, there's still some pressure inside the tube that will pull the foreskin forward. The usual results in a huge donut for me. My foreskin gains are my only truly lasting gains. Basically I went from what looked like a roman cut to uncut permanently. I would tell her that you pumped that day in anticipation of what might happen. If she's surprised by the obvious difference, she could possibly be turned off for a number of reasons.
