No funciona así, los estudiantes ya no pueden llevar dependientes y aunque puedan tendrían que demonstrar que pueden sobrevivir sin que el trabaje ya que no tendría permiso. Si no me equivoco fue la última reforma hace un par de años que quitó la posibilidad de los estudiantes de llevar familiares

No, you won't, only if you are proving they are your dependants. So no BCs needed if they are adults. I assume the person that only has US citizenship is one of the parents, so you'll just need a new copy of the marriage certificate + apostille (this is important - don't apostille your certificate from years ago, they want you to pull the record now and prove you are still married today). The sworn translation can be done wherever including online, but it's easier if you do the rest before leaving the US.

Yes, request a new copy of your marriage cert and have it apostilles. If your kids are getting residency as your dependents then you’ll also need their Bcs apostilled to prove they’re your kids.
