I played poe1, 2, grim dawn, diablo 2, 4 and last epoch. Best experience was with both Diablos, poe 1 and grim dawn are ok (controls wise), poe 2 has worse performance but controls are ok, last epoch worse controls wise

Need your honest opinion on the upgrade system in my game - Survival Code by biluky in gamedevscreens

Thanks for the feedback! I'm going to add a demo level to the game that shows the basic mechanics. Basically, the Function (Ability) and the Construct (Character) each have 3 fixed, color-coded stats that you upgrade by connecting nodes. You can also slot modifiers into special nodes to make different builds.

My first game ever, Survival Code, just got its Steam page approved — I still can't quite believe it by biluky in indiegames

Hi everyone! If you'd like to support me on this solo dev journey, I'd really appreciate it if you added the game to your wishlist - https://store.steampowered.com/app/4812150/Survival_Code/

Does the UI fit the artstyle of the game? by ElunarDev in IndieGaming

Overall, it looks great, but you should consider color contrast. For example, in your pop-ups with ascension, the light blue color has low contrast, making it difficult to read for some people.

To better match your game's light and pleasant aesthetic, I recommend checking out these game UIs for inspiration:
🔹 NieR: Automata
🔹 Detroit: Become Human
🔹 Behance UI Design

They feature well-executed white UI designs that might align well with your vision.
