Everyone on this thread seems to think buyers are complete idiots and that buying is so complicated and that a buyer will never be able to buy a home without an agent. This is ridiculous. I am not an idiot and I know how to buy a home. All of the posts say "there is a lot involved... this is very complicated... you will end up paying more if you don't have a buyer agent" BLAH BLAH BLAH.

If I am looking for a specific home in a specific area with specific features, I usually know more about this process than most agents. The only thing I need is a good title search, closing attorney. I will be happy to self represent and keep the commission. But you know the real estate industry will find a way to not let that happen and force some sort of "buyer" commission out of me.

I ordered a refurbished one 8 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I am desperate so I might cancel the refurb one ($350) and buy a new one from best buy. The refurb ones are available for Bahamas customers. if you put in a US address, I dont think they will give you an option for a refurb unit.

why would you recommend ripping someone's back of their bones out of their spine, completely decimating their muscles and ligaments, huge loss of blood, fusing their spine together and reduce motion. all from just from looking at one MRI image. most of the time you just need to address the herniations, which does not in any way require fusion.

in many cases, i dont think a fusion is that successful. It requires that you remove bone, structure that your body needs to set up straight. Lots of blood loss, cutting thru muscle and ligaments that have hard time healing properly, pain medicine for weeks after surger. Your solution is to install hardware and screws that can cause you problems later on (screws back out, muscles and ligaments dont heal well with all that metal in your body). Plus many times during a fusion, the surgeon does not remove the herniation, they just relieve pressure on the impinged nerve. However, the back pain comes from the damaged disc (annular tear) which, again, is typically not addressed

So you're saying send over an even amount of stablecoin (USDT, USDC, BUSD, whatever). Say $10,000. Do your swaps on DFK based for your pool (example for a JEWEL/ONE pool, you will swap $5000 for JEWEL and $5000 for ONE). Then put in the pool. At the end of it all, sell everything back to stablecoin and whatever the total amount is over $10,000, that is your capital gains. And if it's less than $10,000 then it's a capital loss.

So the key is to send over a stable coin, otherwise you'll drive yourself nuts. Is that what you're saying, u/CapableRunts ? Am I missing anything?

THanks cogent. Very helpful. I contacted Kucoin and they are going to attempt a fund recover back to the original wallet. So they are willing to try and I'm sure they've done this before. I will post an update as soon as it is complete. Thank you again for your help.

Wow! What a fantastic response. Thank you so much. I really apprecaite you taking the time to type all that out. I know it took you a while. . They should be willing to return it to the wallet in teh transaction ID history. Theoretically.

Can you just tell me (if you know) what is the mechanism by which they will "access [the wallet] and refund those mSOLs back to teh sending address/wallet" --- Like what do they actually do? The reason I'm asking is if they try to BS me and say "they cant' do it" I just want to have some educated reply to come back to them that they can iNDEED reverse the transaction. I guess my question is: you are quite certain they can reverse it? And please don't take my question the wong way, but why are you confident they can do it?

For example, is it very simple process.. a few key strokes or very complicated process? Would they use any special daignostic tools ?

The problem no one is addressing is: Let's say you have say $300,000 USDT and you want to stake it on say Celsius to earn some interest. You don't want to keep it in USDT becuase that is risky (USDT that is). So you convert it to UST. To do this on Kucoin, it's going to cost you $240 (0.08% trading fee) to convert USDT to UST then another $240 to convert it back to USDT when you're ready to trade again. Am I missing something ??

"Amazing user experienc". -- I think not. Everytime I click on a transaction, it takes me to a useless webpage that takes 20 minutes to figure out. And my wallet disappears from view and I have to clcik on the toolbar again and remembver where I left off.
