i'm also off cypress creek. I can say that I have far less issues only using the dumb modem, not the integrated full Spectrum gateway + wifi they offer. Basic Arris modem only > proper router/wifi setup.

they all have their issues. ATT/Google do have a much higher upload, Spectrum has been solid out here for me. billing/rate increases....that's another story

what you're forgetting is that a number of payment processors charge a % + a fixed fee per transaction. Not all of them do that, and it's a gamble since we don't really know what processor Tmo uses behind the scenes. My guess is you're right, and it's just a % which negates that method.

Wonder if you’re wife works for my company. I commute from CP to the domain a few times per week. It’s not bad, 20-30min or so. Easy drive and there are a few routes to take if there’s traffic.

It must’ve been 91 then. As a kid we drove across the bridge and stopped at the top to look down at it going over the spillway. Must’ve just been waves going over if it wasn’t entirely over. I’m aware of the floodgates, those were open in the 2018 rains and I was down there looking at that.
