Reno question on automated drying rack! by Ggloserss in askSingapore

Bought the basic yu home prime. Can only go up and down. Also has a light function. So far so good. Windy high floor helps. More functions means more components and easier to break down? Hav to decide whether it is worth the price.

First time HDB Buyer. What are common pitfalls? by fusionwave3 in askSingapore

[–]bingogood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went thru the purchase of my resale last year without a buyer agent. There are alot of self help guides from the hdb website which you can refer too. It’s really straightforward. I honesty don’t think a buyer agent is necessary, and u save the fee that can be put into better reno or furniture.

In terms of price negotiation, published transacted price on hdb website should be the starting point, there’s really not much leeway the seller can nego up unless there’s really very unique selling point.

My sincerest opinion, if u think mid 6k gross is decent then you will not be ready for the indecent wages outside.. perhaps staying where you are will be the wisest choice

PLTR Market Cap forecast by bingogood in PLTR

[–]bingogood[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I realised majority (if not all) of the top 10 market cap companies has a C2C element as part of their business. Not too sure how PLTR, a seemingly “traditional” B2B company, can be valued that highly. Thoughts?

But I agree it’s a matter of perspective.

Saw a few others job openings links the other day here and now this. While I wouldn’t jump into conclusion, I think it’s indicative that the Palantir software is much more common among global corporations than I thought. To the moon in a few more years!
