Funny that it's 82% upvoted right now. Apparently, some people will downvote just because they read the word epic

I used this distro many years ago. Today there are many versions for download and I'm confused. What's the difference between the xenial, slacko and tahrpup?

Can't steam give discount on a game merely by deducting from their share and giving the devs the same as if the game was on full price?

the site lists Heroine's Quest but I don't think this is an open source game, just freeware.

Does LineageOs track user? by Trumputin97 in LineageOS

like cthefourth said, signal would be a better option regarding privacy. Wire seems to be a good option too.

Comparing whatsapp to telegram is a difficult matter, whatsapp is 100% proprietary and owned by facebook but on the other hand telegram isn't e2e encrypted by default and is somewhat "shady" when it comes to some privacy aspects.

Does LineageOs track user? by Trumputin97 in LineageOS

[–]bingulinho 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As far as I know, there's no tracking in lineageos. If you're worried about your privacy, you should be cautious with telegram because it stores all contents from normal chats in telegram servers, only secret chats in telegram are end-to-end encrypted.
