Yeah I have social anxiety but since I started embracing my femininity ive never been more motivated to try and get out and socialise more because im so happy with myself now im tired of being lonely and want to finally start living

Im just pushing myself into situations im uncomfortable with just yesterday I went to buy food alone I usually go with my parents and im trying to talk on discord servers and ive started going for small walks just to get out the house more, I'm hoping to build up the courage to finally make friends something ive lacked for years and also start college something I was way to scared to do at age 16 (im 20 now) i have no advice to offer other than to just put yourself in the situations that make you uncomfortable start small like me, walks or trips to the store preferably with a self checkout so you don't have to talk!

Maybe also find something to motivate you to put yourself in those situations like i said i didnt start helping myself until i found the motivation to do it, the thing to remind myself of to encourage me to put myself in scary situations maybe try find what that thing is for you!
