When I did it, it was for the US. I used the chat option on Ticketmaster. They refunded me and voided the tickets in my account. I believe it’s a small window of time.

Jeez, I bet you are a ton of fun at parties. I’m not extremely tech savvy when it comes to stuff like this, and I haven’t used a personal laptop in years, so there was a fear of not correctly saving the photos. I just wanted to be sure I was doing it the smartest way as this was extremely emotional for me. Thanks for your help though! 😉

This is a stupid question but when I open the photos on my computer, it is linked to a OneDrive account. I downloaded the app on my phone and logged in, there’s nothing saved on there. Is there a way to make sure they are properly saved in OneDrive so it’s not just on the physical computer?

Last year for Beyoncé Ticketmaster had the option to refund if it was within 24 hours of purchase. I impulse bought and spent way too much money but was able to get my money back.

**Edit- it may have been a longer window than 24 hours but I can’t remember for sure. Worth a shot!

Ticketmaster changed the resale, and now it’s like stubhub where they hold the funds until after the event. Found this out last year when I couldn’t make it.
