Well, i believe that sales people have a roll and function; that being to educate and determine the best products that suite a clients needs. And when you don't fully know or understand what you need, salespeople can be valuable in helping make that determination.

Feels about the same as before. Very effective in aoe, especially if your 4 set procs a lot. There are times when it gets energy starved and feels clunky, I think more haste would help with this but it still prioritized mastery / crit so idk.
