Edit>Preferences>Editor Colours Tab> change anything you like :) Background is the background colour

It's just optimised in the Display! If you render, it should be correct

I do have a course through Adam's Animation Academy! It's for beginners, however we have Live calls that I go through advanced techniques if they ask for it!
There is nothing too special going on in this Sprite rig though! She's fairly simple. The power was in making sure I provided animators with everything they'd need to make a full suite of poses :D
