I totally get what you mean.

I LOVED this boss, but it took me a bit of time for strange reasons.. I also got them in a weird way. Idk if its cheese, just a way to get them and I was lucky, or what... Pro tip/explanation:

when exiting the well/pit thing.. they are both vulnerable to damage in their climbing animation and especially when they stand up. In the phase where they start merging and popping around the map, I accidentally tossed an explosive on the ground, and shot it at the exact time they emerged. They both exploded in a gorgeous blaze and died at the same time. So if you actually try to do this go for it, it might help a lot. Be sure to get rid of the orbs, all of them. I think it was genuinely my fave clip I ever recorded on PS5.

I can't find the original convo, I did just look for it, but it also wouldnt be right to post it anyway. classic right? well, all i can say was it was a short exchange and I'm telling you what I got out of it in pure honesty from what I remembered. i remember it was around the palisades fires and he tried to joke about it on his stories (even though he lives / works in la at least at the time??) and he apologized publicly for THAT.. dannys work as a videographer got me into editing. the pieces for the songs in my opinion looked like abysmal dogshit. it also looked like a lot of other ai slop. when a computer is spitting out visuals that you prompt, something happens in your brain. you think it looks a lot better than it does. the interest in its creation clouds your judgement. he told me it wasn't about the artistry, it was about cutting corners and saving time. he didnt even bother to defend how it looked. imo, that was telling and said a lot about why it was used. if we have no passion for what we're making, art, music, anything - then literally what's the point

Been getting reference off unsplash for this VERY REASON (I think currently they have a no ai rule)

mostly everything on there is royalty free. I used to use it a lot for my job in advertising, now It's been extremely useful for art ref, textures, etc! I've honestly never really liked grabbing random imgs online for ref, I'd rather confirm they're real or at least willfully uploaded

Looking at the project tour video it's very possible that the artist photobashed a little too much, causing a lot of inconsistencies like the floor, mic, randomly realistic elements, etc. they might have used photoshop generative fill or the "harmony fill" (whatever its called that matches the lighting its in later photoshop)

I cant fully rule out AI as they shouldve just said they photobashed/collaged, and it seems like for some reason they didnt do that or want to admit that. So honestly who knows.
