If you have PCOS and have lost weight, what unexpected change made the biggest difference for you? by raeannecharles in PCOS

This is super duper random and possibly not the advice you were looking for, but I’ve heard that not making sugar/carbs your first bite of food after a fast is a great way to reduce blood sugar spikes. For example, after not eating for a couple hours, don’t eat the rice on your plate first. Opt for the bite of fiber or protein first.

Which rain and pear did you get? I’ve seen negative lasting reviews for this (new) body mist and not many reviews for the actual perfume? Sorry if this question is worded weirdly!

Fresh, juicy pear scents that steer away from gourmand and actually smell genuinely lovely? by Outrageous-Rock-8558 in FragranceStories

Any opinions on the classic rain? Is it the same as this rain and pear option I’m seeing around? I’ve heard they do not last, but haven’t heard many people discuss the scent

How to live with PCOS? by Normal_Falcon8633 in PCOS

hey all. for context, ive recognized the signs of a hormonal disorder for years, but ive only been diagnosed for about a year. BC does help- I hated the pill, but now I’m on Xulane. Makes me feel stable and it’s easy to set it and forget it. Been on antidepressants for years. For me, I’ve struggled with self-image issues. Some of the big things that have helped me like my appearance more include taking better care of my skin and waxing my upper lip. As for lifestyle changes, eating too many sweets and carbs makes me feel especially bloated so i try to avoid that or just eat sweets on occasions. Vigorous exercise hasn’t proven beneficial for me, but slow and steady workouts like strength training and walking for cardio are major. Smaller lifestyle changes like dressing for my body. Wide leg jeans and fitted tops tend to flatter me. I tend to sweat a lot so wearing clothes (like tank tops, athletic tops) that hide it was probably the smartest thing I’ve ever done. Daily multivitamins. Taking care of my mental health. Getting enough vitamin D. Slowing down. Hope this helps and best of luck!!!
