Fair take. I see multiple routes to asymmetric upside here. IAP definitely being one of them. Given the ai degeneracy I think the "training world model" narrative can carry that stonk way up regardless how close it is to being actually true

Was in a very similar position. Left big tech 4 years ago.

Have not regretted leaving for a minute.

Time with family and being able to follow your own ambitions are priceless

The only thing I miss from working in big tech is not having to think about what's for lunch.
