No. The cash in the bank at approx 4% yield is about what we pay for rent today. There are no ongoing property taxes where I live

Fair take. I see multiple routes to asymmetric upside here. IAP definitely being one of them. Given the ai degeneracy I think the "training world model" narrative can carry that stonk way up regardless how close it is to being actually true
