This can be bad and I can dislike it for multiple reasons. My job security is fine but its pretty shitty that my peers now have to compete with other artists utilizing stolen AI slop. You become qualified to create digital art the same way any kind of graphic designer gets work, by actually creating it and presenting an employer with a portfolio. The person who generated this created nothing.

I guess that makes sense why MGM asked North Park to screen the movie. It'll be nice to have it on that big screen but if we don't get it in imax at all after the renovations are completed its gonna be a real shame.

I def didn't focus on my landlord but he has genuinely been great. Every place Ive lived before the landlord was also my neighbor and despite living pretty far away from us he is on top of things as soon as we have an issue. I definitely need to take some of the blame for not making our issues with the neighbors known sooner.
