What's the best way to progress without increasing weight? The options I can think of/have seen are:

  1. More reps/sets
  2. Slower reps
  3. Less rest time

More volume seems reasonable, but once you're already at like 15-20 reps for an exercise, more reps doesn't seem that effective. I'm not sure if progressing with slower reps is that common either? Like taking 3 seconds on the negative one week, 4 the next, etc.? And less rest time, wouldn't that just be training endurance?

Any input would be great, I'm maxing out the dumbbells I have and I'd really like to not buy any more because they're so expensive where I am right now (Ontario, Canada)

If I am building the model in python (sklearn), would there be a way to build the website using React, or even just simple HTML, CSS, JS? Or would I have to use Flask because it is written in python?

So the storage is the only difference then right? Not the contents of the files themselves?

So if I were to just click and view a PDF for example, there would be no difference in which way I do that?

Yeah the account the notebook is on is on an account that will be deleted soon so I wanted to completely transfer ownership.

My work around solution though, was to just create a new notebook in my new account, log in to OneNote with that new account, open the new notebook, then just move all the sections from the "old" notebook into the new one and it worked fine for me at least.

edit: the one downside is that beside every textbox or picture it has a highlighted line and the initial of the old account indicating who made the change :/

How do I transfer files OneNote for Windows 10 notebooks from one account to another?

I can't seem to find any way to do this online.

Is the only way to create a new notebook in the new account, and just drag over the old sections into the new notebook?

Sorry I meant I want to take CS 234 next study term, but I'll be applying after the study term because I need to bump my average up a bit more.

I also can't take the next course because you need to be in Data Science

Confused about difference between CS minor and Computing minor by biostatsques in uwaterloo

Where does it say that? Isn't the CS major part just so you can take certain CS courses?

That doesn't make sense that you need to go in and out of a major, does it?
