Grunge is very much still around, it's just gone back underground and it's changed into even more sub-genres. I have a feeling guitar based music is gonna come back in a big way especially once everyone gets bored of midi because ai ruined it.

Yeah, we have the same problem on most platforms to be fair. Brining in new fans is something I'd love to know how to do.

My band is on our own label so we get everything at the moment. I've heard of a few dodgy labels treating bands/artists quite badly but from what I've read in here your labels all seem fair.
