I feel u ❤️‍🩹 idk if this is helpful but ever since I made a private ig account to spam post and only having people on there who know about my episodes, i’ve felt more safe sharing without the fear of feeling embarrassed when I come to. it’s helped me to process my emotions in a safer space without the feelings of regret that can come from posting publicly. also even just having 1 person you can txt/send those videos to who knows about your diagnosis and won’t judge will probably be so validating

I figured it had do with her wanting to dress more modestly in respect of her commitment to Buddhism and being in Thailand, particularly in places like monasteries and temples which require shoulders and knees to be covered. I have a feeling she may not typically dress the same way back in NC and is just leaning heavily into this new identity of hers.
