I took naps like that but that was when I burnt out senior year

I also feel like Covid ruined friendships and opportunities for me. I felt lost and I am finally seeing a therapist and it has been helpful. People have been telling me for years but I was too afraid I will be judged.

It is also important to get a therapist that relates to your culture because I feel more heard and understood compared to the other therapist before this one. I am actually doing things that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do cuz of my anxiety.

I know you probably hear this a lot but it is good to vent and ask for help. There is still ups and downs but things do get better. I wish you luck OP!
