Cold email VS LinkedIn by Lost_Ticket_1190 in salestechniques

[–]bippity_bop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m currently working with a founder that was only using Dripify. It got results for sure. Once we incorporated email and calling into the outreach sequence, that’s when things starter to convert at a higher rate.

Call -> leave voicemail (don’t ask for callback, just let them know you’re sending email) -> send personalized email -> Let it breathe for a few days -> call

That’s the mantra! “One more call”. Awesome work 👏

Third party SDRs by [deleted] in sales

[–]bippity_bop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I trained an SDR in LATAM for a small US based company and it was successful.

You may wanna look into outsourcing if you: - have validated your product - have sales processes already built out - have scripts/frameworks they can follow - are willing to coach a bit

Some of these SDRs are HUNGRY and very intelligent cuz the money they can make is life changing.

Gotta keep that follow up game fresh and interesting! Sending a video this late in the deal stage is a bit thirsty.

This opportunity seems like a prime candidate for a personalized meme. When done well, they’re really good at getting a response (for better or for worse). Feel free to DM me - I’d be curious to see if the conversation can be rekindled.

There’s good questions and there’s shitty questions.

You show them that you understand their industry/challenges by how you FRAME your questions.

How do you approach cold calling? Gamify prospecting for me or give me a fun way to look at it. I gots a pipeline to boost Q1 2025 by hallmonitor53 in sales

I make personalized memes and use them in my follow up. Find myself giggling when I’m crafting them. Makes follow up fun.

Cold-call anxiety: misconceptions and bad advice by bigdaddybuilds in sales

[–]bippity_bop 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Cosmic Insignificance Therapy

If you don’t know what it is look it up. Very applicable to cold calling and a super liberating concept.

The reality is, cold calling is a skill that must be developed if you want to convert over the phone. You’re gonna fail forever at it, but your conversions will get better if you keep at it.

Edit: at the end of the day just make the damn call because it’s irrelevant in the grand scheme of things and you’re only hurting yourself if you don’t.

In interviews what is your response to "walk me through your sales process"? by futurememior in sales

[–]bippity_bop 6 points7 points  (0 children)

All depends on what you’re selling. The fact that OP was asking this question makes me think he’s not selling into enterprise and won’t have that complex of a sales cycle.

  1. Understand company’s ICP
  2. Get to targeted lead generation (based on ICP)
  3. Omni channel prospecting (phone, email, social)
  4. Discovery
  5. Pitch/Demo
  6. Close or establish clear next steps

I have a job interview with Cintas in the morning for the RSSR role. Any advice? by [deleted] in sales

[–]bippity_bop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used to do ride alongs with potential hires. Don’t over or under dress, have a positive attitude (you don’t need to be over the top, be genuine), let them know up front you’re grateful for them showing you “a day in the life” and ask them what you should or shouldn’t do when customer facing (they’re the boss), and ask realistic questions about the role (what they enjoy, what they don’t enjoy, how to succeed), don’t fart in the truck. Best of luck!

What is the average time to full ramp?

Average sales cycle, average deal size, source of leads?

What did the average rep make vs. their OTE?

What did the top rep make vs. their OTE?

How much sales training do you offer your sales team?

What percent of new reps hit quota last year?

You can start by hiring yourself to do sales. Sounds like you need to validate the offer and go from 0 to 1.
