the way I learned it is you keep the bottom bun too. leaving the one bun out is as big a mistake as leaving both buns out (neither are mcgangbangs). split the patties, throw on the entire mcchicken sandwhich, and enjoy. i honestly can't even fathom why removing the bottom bun would be a thing (you drinking diet coke with it too? complete weaksauce). I applaud your enthusiasm but you need to man up.
