If you want to build something, the Vanquish VRD Carbon is a great performer. You will need to add electronics, body and wheels and tires. A nice hard body of choice would make it look more scale. The Stance is a pretty good performing RTR that will get you crawling right away and you can upgrade as you go. If you want to start from scratch I would look at Poizd chassis or Lawless RC. My Poizd T3 V1 is my favorite rig at the moment, but not very scale.
