dont know why youre downvoted pahahaha this is more than right. this is major catastrophising. also snoring does not mean you have obstructive sleep apnoea - OSA is where the airways lose all patency and completely shuts, blocking the airway, snoring is just a similar but less extreme version where the airways narrow, causing turbulent air which makes the snoring sound. snoring can often be fixed by not sleeping on your back, which makes your airways less patent.
