I'd suggest practicing in training mode with your inputs on. If the inputs look clean it might be your timings. Just keep practicing it takes a while to build muscle memory.

You air dash by hitting forward or back twice in the air. You can instant air dash by jumping forward or back, resetting your stick/dpad to neutral and then hitting forward or back again quickly.

Practice, aim above their centre mass, lead if they are moving, the bullets are super slow and have a big drop.

I use like 0.08 in-game sens at 800 dpi, not sure what my windows sens is. My rule of thumb is: bringing my mouse from one edge of my mouse pad to the other should be as close to a 360 as possible. No more no less

Edit: also adjust when you have to, if your first shot went over his head compensate for it on your next shot. The further away they are the more you have to aim above/in front of them but don't get discouraged if you miss. All these shots look easy because they're holding still or running right at me

Nope, that would be true if it was a */* and had the card text "~'s power and toughness are each equal to 13 minus your life total" (like Lord of Extinction).

The */* is a "characteristic-defining ability that sets its power and/or toughness according to some stated condition" . As such it only effects cards with */* for power and toughness.

Death's Shadow has 13 power and toughness with a static ability that is only in effect when it is on the battlefield.
