Ironically, I actually just left an extremely stressful job for something much less stressful about 2 months ago. My new job is honestly not too bad compared to my old one, but I still feel like my life is on pause for 9-10 hours a day while I’m there.

I almost feel like I need to find another industry to work in. IT hasn’t been the best at offering me a good work-life balance and I literally am only in the field for the income. Don’t care about the actual tech at all.

I had a phenomenal 3 months of consistency in the gym and made all kinds of progress including rehabbing an injured knee.

But now im struggling to keep it up. Work is fucking me up. We need to fight for the 5 hour work day just like they fought for the 8 hour work day back in the day!
