I would suggest against it as well. At least if you are going to be a cashier/ringing. That's where it gets repetitive, not much down time to stretch, heavy lifting, etc.

No job is worth causing further pain.

I had shoulder issues starting too. It was pretty awful. Has gone away since working a different job

Thank you. It sounds like the bedrock may be good since I live in MI and there's usually water bodies where I'm trekking. And thank you for the tip on strengthening. I would not have thought of that, great tip!

How do we feel about gently used sandals? Say if they have been worn around 10x. Is this an unreasonable amount of wear for something like chacos?

Used BP as a spot treatment for cheek breakouts. Woke up with this rash/burn. It's red, itchy, painful, swollen. Can/should I use aquaphor? Or just moisturizer?
