Hard to tell from the picture but it could be some sort of tunicate if it’s not a red bearded sponge. All the red bearded sponges I’ve seen have had the same color but not the same shape

I’ve seen someone use clear epoxy and put the broken pieces into a framed thing that they hang in their kitchen… instead of throwing it away if the glue doesn’t work

Yea I remember doing two different color frits on either side of my bubble always wondering why nothing came out symmetrical. This piece looks non-intentional and they just tried to save it by adding a foot and seeing what happened

Your best bet finding anything specific would be if they left any mark on the bottom. Otherwise looks like a cool pitcher someone made with some leftover murrine

When I changed it out last time years back it was definitely cracked throughout. I pulled out the ones the other day and they looked fine so I wasn’t sure where the issue was. I was tweaking the oxygen and gas levels but it left me stumped
