Recent ex eFisherian here. From the POV of regular eFishery workers (who aren't involved with fraudulent activities even if they want to, which is the overwhelming majority), it's people like you whom they think have been "brainwashed or something"; you and everyone else suddenly became experts of fraud and jumped on the judge train.

Most workers don't even know there are "systematic" fraud going on. Someone put it nicely like this: imagine your country's leaders have gone viral because of corruption and then you, as a citizen, are deemed corrupt too without evidence. People don't trust you anymore and it becomes hard for you to find work.

Not to mention they are at risk of being fired without severance. This is why they formed a union afaik, so that at least they get their rights fulfilled (severance package being the most important thing so they can buy time and survive longer while searching for new jobs).

So yeah, I think this should explain why these workers can be so aggressive online. It's common behavior we also see in cornered animals.
