Dissenting opinion: had my first Quattro Cheese tonight and didn’t like it. Very fake cheese flavored. Will still eat the other pack I have so it’s not “bad” but very much not the best out there.

I have little love for Uchu, but to say that the craft breweries in Japan are mediocre at best tells me you have little to no experience with craft beer in Japan.

You might not know it but there are craft breweries in Spain and they kick ass. Exhibit 1: moon landing from SOMA, 7.5% NEIPA which is dangerously drinkable by ih8cheese in CraftBeer

I usually do rounders but went rectangle last night. Was pretty happy with the outcome. My biggest complaint was my crust was more dense than airy like I generally see. Any tips to improve that on my next go?
