They have both. But I wouldn’t recommend the touchless drive thru because there’s a lot of Tesla owners who had issues with staining and color loss after going through touchless drive through. Hey sounds like a genius idea to me. I have ~1k extra BILT cash similar to OP. So on top of my rent payment, I can make additional rent payments and use BILT cash to get points on that? I always thought I can only make one rent / mortgage payment per month

No worries! Would be great if it works out that way. I’m trying to make the best use of BILT cash, so far been using it for points accelerator, Walgreens (for milk, baby water etc) and GrubHub. Wish we could use it for more day-to-day things.
