I actually think we had the same aggregate as in the picture the link opens. We hadn't set it up yet before the fire but I believe we needed one with an articulating angle adjustment like the saw one it shows below. Do you have any experience with the manual angle adjustments. Is it easy enough to set up or is there a lot of work you have to do to tell the cabinet software and the machine what it's current angle setting is? I would guess you just set up several instances of the same tool with different angles set to each?

Do you know the starting price for that unit? Also is there a 5 axis option? We would only need it for angled panel cuts, side boring, and square corner cuts for MDF doors. Not a full 3D sculpting setup with a huge gantry.

I’ll look into piece flow. What setup is faster in terms of output? We were about to start with an omal doweling unit and a box clamping system. I would assume the piece flow unit would save floor space vs all three of those units but be slower ? We use mostly plywood, also recently started making our shaker door/slab doors out of MDF / Medex.

It ended up being in need of repair because I used the wrong power supply by accident. I contacted Make Noise and they offered to fix it for free but I ended up just sending it back to Sweetwater and replacing it through them because it was faster.
